Here we’ll ask for some information about you and you can pay for your ticket (payment options: debit or credit card, Google or Apple Pay, Swish, or invoice). Once you have registered and completed payment, you will receive the confirmation of your place on the training via email.
Training Fee
We offer three basic prices for the training to enable everyone to join us, regardless of economic status. Our hope is that by offering these price ranges, more people can pay the training fee (without needing additional financial assistance), which gives us the financial support to cover our training expenses. Please, be mindful of this while deciding your contribution amount.

Group Discount
To strengthen the ability of people to continue practicing the Art of Hosting beyond the training, we encourage the participation of groups. We therefore offer a discount of 10% on tickets to groups of 3+ members joining the training together.
Please apply for a group discount code by having one member of your group fill out this form. Once the discount code is emailed, everyone in your group will have 72 hours to purchase your tickets before the code expires.
Refund Policy
Please inform us via email (aohkarlskrona@proton.com) as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the training for any reason. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, you can do so by contacting us latest one day before the training starts.
If you need to cancel your participation, you can get a full refund of your ticket until May 25th. After that, we cannot refund your ticket.
Scholarship
We don’t want financial difficulties to prevent you from taking part in the training. However, we have limited funds to offer scholarships. Please consider your real needs when you apply so that we can help as many people as possible.
Our main principle is ask for what you need , offer what you can. If you believe this training would benefit you but financial constraints are a barrier to your participation, we invite you to apply for a scholarship by filling out the form below. We will review the 1st round scholarship applications and get back to you by mid April.
We encourage young leaders and change makers from underserved areas who identify with this financial need to apply!
Free housing
Members of the community may be able to offer a limited number of free sleeping places. If you need a place to stay during the training, you can indicate this in the same form as the scholarship (here). You can also apply only for a sleeping place if that is the main support you need.
Please note that requesting a place does not automatically guarantee one — we will do our best to make what is possible available.
