How can we work from trust in a turbulent world?

What brave spaces of collaboration are needed now?

We live in a time of rapid change. Old systems are breaking down, while new patterns are only just beginning to emerge. We stand at the edge of the unknown—where things may feel unstable, yet full of possibility.

In times like these, the question is not only what is happening around us, but how we meet each other within it. How can we work from trust in a turbulent world? What brave spaces of collaboration are needed now?

Perhaps it begins with noticing the invisible connections among us. We carry strengths, gifts, and experiences that often remain unseen until we bring them into relationship with others. What becomes possible when we turn what we already have, into what we truly need?

What if the way we meet and converse could shape the future?

We invite you to four immersive days of learning, practice, and connection at the Art of Hosting in Karlskrona, Sweden, from June 15–18, 2026. This is a space for leaders, changemakers, and anyone seeking deeper ways to engage with others in uncertain times.

Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the ability to cope with it.

What is the Art of Hosting and Harvesting?

The Art of Hosting and Harvesting is not just a method—it is an invitation to step into a deeper practice, where dialogue, co-creation, and open participation form the foundation for both personal and collective transformation.

Let us come together to explore how participatory leadership can help transform our workplaces, teams, relationships and communities into ecosystems of collaboration, adaptability, and impact. Whether you are accompanying or leading a team, an organization, or a community, this training will equip you with practical tools to host meaningful conversations, bridge vision with action, and tap into the wisdom of diverse voices.
